Return Window

You may request a return withinΒ 30 daysΒ of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  2. Prepare the following:
    • Your order number and email address
    • 6 clear photos: packaging (before and after opening), shipping label, and product details
  3. Submit your request and wait for approval via email or check your return status online.

You must ship the item backΒ within 7 daysΒ of receiving return approval.
Please remove all old shipping labels before sending the package.

  • AΒ 15–20% restocking feeΒ may apply to some returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including return shipping.

  • Sale items, gift cards, or discounted products (including coupon purchases)
  • Custom orders, personalized items, or items marked final sale
  • Personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

Exchanges

Need a different item? Please complete a return first. Once approved, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly. If the product is a replacement canopy or netting, please refer to the warranty terms in the instruction manual.
