At SUNJOY, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite outdoor products in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Below youβll find important information about our shipping policies, timelines, and procedures across the United States.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (49 states).
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Hawaii, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.
2. Processing Time
- Small Parcel Items (e.g., lighting, accessories): Usually ship within 3β5 business days
- Large Items or LTL Freight (e.g., gazebos, pergolas): Usually ship within 7β10 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery timelines typically range from 3β10 business days after your order ships, depending on location.
- Rural or hard-to-access areas may require additional transit time.
4. Shipping Costs
- We proudly offer free shipping on most items within the contiguous U.S.
- Any additional delivery fees (e.g., for oversized items or remote areas) will be clearly displayed during checkout.
5. Delivery Methods
We partner with trusted parcel carriers and freight providers to deliver your order safely.
- Small packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers.
- Large or LTL items are delivered by freight carrier and include curbside delivery only.
- The carrier will deliver the item to the curbside, driveway, or nearest accessible point. Moving the package into your home, garage, backyard, or another specific location is not included.
- Large-item deliveries may require a signature. We recommend arranging help in advance if the item is heavy or oversized.
6. Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability and packaging requirements.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
7. Order Tracking

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected window, please contact us at shop@sunjoygroup.com.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours.
Be sure to save all packaging and contact our support team immediately for assistance.
9. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If delivery is refused without prior authorization or multiple attempts are unsuccessful due to incorrect address or absence, return shipping fees may apply.
