The side panels can't be moved up.

You are free to assemble according to your needs, representing 3 side fences or bars that can be done on your own preference.

By using expanding anchors, usually is M6 size, the length is shorter than your concrete thickness is ok.
This is not come with the gazebo, will need to prepare in extra.
