  • Is the wood treated at all?

    Dear valued customer, the post and the beam are wood, but the roof panel is steel and PC board. Thank you.

  • Can an outdoor ceiling fan be hung from this gazebo? How high is the center point of the gazebo?

    Dear valued customer, we don't recommend hanging a fan from this gazebo. The center point height is 9.2ft. Thank you.

  • can you have it installed or do you have to assemble yourself?

  • How long does it generally take to assemble one of these kits?

  • What size expansion bolts do I need to drill it to concrete?

    Dear valued customer, thank you for asking! The size of the expansion bolts is M6.

  • How many boxes does this come in. Can the boxes be handled by 2 people or do you unpack the pieces in order to get the parts into the back yard?

    The upgraded model is with transversal beam metal plate decoration, while the standard version don't have.

  • Does the post need to be anchored down?>

    Hi Maxine,

    Yes, you can use the stakes included, if you plan to set up on lawn/ wood deck.

    If you plan to set up on concrete, you will need to prepare expanding anchors, usually is M6 size, the length is shorter than your concrete thickness is ok. This is not included.

  • Hi, is the roof ventilated near the skylight? And are brackets for fixing the posts to the floor with screws included?

    The roof is ventilated between the two roofs.

    It come with all the basic hardwares for mounting and fixing the gazebo on lawn, wood deck.
    If you plan to assemble on concrete, will need to purchase expanding anchors in extra, this is not included.

  • Do you need to pretreat/seal wood or does it come pretreated?
